Full Service Hotel in Parker

This hotel almost stayed in the planning phases and never got built. The controversy was around the fact that in wooden buildings, a restaurant wasn’t supposed to be on the top floor. The rising costs almost forced the owner to abandon the idea of building a hotel in this small town in Colorado. Eventually, the plans got approved, and the hotel now stands at the intersection of E-470 and Parker Road, and is a landmark with a restaurant overlooking the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Another unique feature of this hotel is the glass elevator. The building is on top of a hill and is a commanding presence among its surrounding.
